Design for Wellness bridges traditional western science, eastern medicine, and nutrition together in a holistic way that supports the mind, body and soul as one. I work with clients, individually and in corporate settings to develop a healthy framework that is made up of several pillars to establish balance in one’s life and discover optimal wellbeing.
Our wellness culture today has taken shape through the form of fast fixes, instagram reels, and diet culture. It has become mainstream to treat each part of our body individually, however, we are not one dimensional beings. We do not all require the same protocols to help resolve an imbalance we are having. We are all unique and require our own protocols and routines that address the body as whole, rather than parts, and that are uniquely authentic to you.
After years of working in world renowned hospitals between Boston and New York City, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in healthcare, a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Nutrition, and a lifetime of practicing holistic modalities, I work with various clients where I focus on ones bio- individual needs, who they are, and what their story is.
