This doesn’t mean you have to give up your favorite products; instead, we’ll examine the items you use daily and weekly—from household goods to personal care products—assessing their toxicity levels and guiding you toward healthier alternatives.

You’ll discover the key chemicals to avoid on ingredient labels and we’ll guide you through identifying the toxins in your home products. Together, we’ll pinpoint where you can cut back or make changes to significantly lower your family’s overall toxic load.

  • We can explore various aspects of your home, including your water and air filtration systems (if you have them). For instance, you might want to rethink that Brita filter and consider upgrading your household water system.

My method of nutrition and food education aims to reconnect you with food in a manner that respects and enhances your health. Together, we will dive into how nutrition and lifestyle choices can promote healing and bolster both your physical and mental well-being.

I believe that the path to true wellbeing involves the mind, body and spirit, and I am passionate about supporting my clients in ways that align with their intentions, lifestyle and personal preferences.
